Over the last two weekends the Squadron has been busy with a wide variety of activities for its cadets. These have included 2 Cadets gaining their Staff Lanyards and are now able to instruct cadets in the subjects of our training programme after passing a Wing Method of Instruction Course, 11 cadets attending Wing sport trials with 2 cadets selected for the Wing Junior Football Team, 6 Cadets gaining Wing Blues in the Regional Cross Country Competition with Cpl Richards and Cdt Richards being selected for the Region Team to run at the Corps competition, 16 cadets participating in practical navigation training in a very wet Epping Forest, 10 potential NCOs completeing a training day at the Squadron run by our Service Helper, Flt Lt Rueben, and 2 cadets participating in Wing Band Training - not bad for the start of the year!
